The standards-based Avaya 56xx Series IP Telephones, developed specifically to meet
the needs of small and medium businesses, bring rich features and functions directly
to the desktop, while also supporting desktop applications above and beyond telephony.
Several models are available, ranging from entry-level IP telephones to those built
specifically for demanding contact center environments. The 56xx series IP telephones
are for use with the Avaya IP Office system.
Entry-level telephone - Two programmable call appearance/feature keys.
Ten fixed feature buttons - Two programmable call appearance/feature keys - 2 x
24 character display.
The Avaya 5602SW IP Terminal offers the same functionality as the 5602 plus an integrated
2-port Ethernet switch.
Twelve programmable feature keys - Ten fixed feature keys - Large size display.
24 programmable feature keys - Ten fixed feature keys - Full duplex speakerphone.
